Police on Thursday have identified and located the Limassol man who abused a bicycle delivery driver and stole his mobile device after a TikTok video of the incident shared with the Cyprus Mail sparked public outrage.
The 54-year-old man seen, clearly in the footage, was arrested and charged in writing for theft and harassment, police said, after he verbally attacked a 19-year-old delivery driver and hit him across the face
