The European Parliament's Petitions Committee (PETI) has decided that it will not close the petitions on allegations that the Cypriot authorities have breached EU environmental law in Akamas.
It said that it will continue monitoring the issue, after MEPs discussed the two petitions in Brussels on 14 February.
