
Cyprus’ tourism revenue fell sharply in March 2026, dropping by 33.8 per cent year-on-year to €85.6 million , according to a report from the Cyprus Statistical Service (Cystat).
The decline compares with €129.4 m recorded in March 2025, offering the first clear indication of the impact from the escalation of geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
For the January to March 2026 period, total tourism revenue is estimated at €245.5
