A 34-year-old man was arrested on Sunday to facilitate investigations into last week’s attempted kidnapping of a man in Larnaca.
A 25-year-old had been arrested earlier on Sunday and placed in custody in connection with the same case.
The police are investigating assault and causing actual bodily harm, attempted kidnapping, threats, extortion and illegal possession of an offensive instrument.
