The tender appeals authority has rejected all cancellation claims made by Aktor Group regarding the Paphos-Polis Chrysochous motorway project, the transport ministry announced on Thursday.
The decision, dated November 19, concerns the tender for the “Completion of the study and construction of the Paphos-Polis Chrysochous motorway, Section 1 – Phase (A).” Aktor had filed appeal number 19/2025 seeking to annul the tender.
