Consumer satisfaction with internet services in Cyprus remained high in 2025, a survey conducted by the Communications Commissioner showed on Tuesday.
The questionnaire, prepared by the commissioner’s market observatory team, surveyed 1,201 individuals – 801 from urban areas and 400 from rural – between July 30 and August 8.
Satisfaction with permanent internet services reached 8.3 out of ten this year, a slight increase of 0.1 from 2024.
