Akrotiri SBA police on Monday intervened in a serious welfare case in which a foreign mother and her young child were located in what the bases described as a “distressed state,” authorities said on Tuesday.
According to the sovereign bases police, the child displayed clear signs of neglect, including being inadequately dressed and having poor hygiene.
