A 23-year-old man was arrested in Larnaca on Sunday in connection with a house burglary and the theft of a shotgun and air pistol that occurred in early August.
Police took the suspect into custody shortly after 5pm under a court warrant issued following new evidence uncovered by investigators.
The two weapons were recovered during coordinated searches and seized as evidence.
