Grants for the purchase of a second-hand electric car will be opening on September 18 at 9am, the road transport department (TOM) announced on Friday.
Due to the incorrect submission of eight applications earlier in September, they have been cancelled and the slots will be made available next week.
The current portal will be deactivated on September 16 at midnight and will reopen on September 18 at 9am and close
