Four people were arrested in Nicosia on Tuesday night after a police check on the vehicle they were travelling in, for offences relating to illegal possession of property, illegal stay on the island, and other traffic offences.
A subsequent investigation revealed that the driver, aged 25, was driving without a driving licence, without insurance, road tax or a certificate of roadworthiness.
