The Turkish Cypriot police fined a man 173,876TL (€3,818) after he posted a video to his social media of himself making a rooster smoke a cigarette and drink a glass of raki .
The man lives in the northern Nicosia district village of Palaikythro.
That incident came just days after another man was fined after feeding cigarettes to a wild donkey in Karpasia.
