The legal service on Thursday decided not to file any criminal charges over the death of conscript Thanasis Nicolaou , who was killed in 2005, according to reports.
Newspaper Phileleftheros and news website Reporter both wrote that a letter had been sent to Nicolaou’s family to inform them that none of the seven people who were said to be held responsible for his death in a report written by lawyer
