The trial of Turkish-Israeli property developer Simon Mistriel Aykut, accused of having developed and sold €43 million worth of property on Greek Cypriot land in the north, continued with the testimony of former journalist Prokopis Thukididis before the Nicosia district court on Tuesday.
Thukididis had reported on the Aykut case in summer 2024 for broadcaster Sigma. His piece featured an interview with Aykut that had previously aired on the Turkish-Cypriot
