Citizen groups and affected will protest on Thursday against the decision by Nicosia Municipality to reopen the northern section of Makarios Avenue to private vehicles.
Under the slogan A Lively Makarios Ave for People, Not for Cars , a series of actions and measures aimed at reversing this decision will be held, starting with a protest on Thursday at 6.30pm on Spyridaki Square (360 building) on Makarios Avenue.
