Cookies sold under the name Myprotein Gooey Filled Cookie – Double Chocolate & Caramel are being taken off shelves because they contain gluten that is not listed on the label.
The ministry of health said the product includes wheat, a source of gluten, which can be dangerous for people with a gluten allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease. The ingredient was not mentioned in the ingredients list, breaking food labelling laws.
