A joint proposal for a European programme involving the Ayia Napa-Caramella Carnival, the Patras Carnival, and the Putignano Carnival of Italy has been submitted by the Municipality of Paralimni-Dherynia.
A press release issued by the Municipality said the “the proposal titled ‘Mediterranean Exchange & Development Initiative for Carnival Arts, Rituals, Narratives And Vibrant Authentic Life’ and abbreviated as ‘Medicarnaval’ was submitted under the Creative Europe Culture Cooperation Small Scale Projects
