Authorities on Friday are investigating a fire that broke in a space with animal pens in the Nicosia district.
The fire department and the police received the call for help at 8.30pm and extinguished the blaze in an area of Evrychou village where rabbits and chickens were housed, belonging to a 71-year-old man.
A toolshed was also burned and the entire area was completely destroyed the fire department reported.
