The value of bounced cheques in Cyprus dropped sharply in April 2025, with only €22,860 recorded from 23 dishonoured cheques, according to data released on Monday by the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC).
This represents a notable decline compared with April 2024, when 32 cheques worth €137,613 were reported.
