Twenty-one migrants arrived in Famagusta area early on Monday morning, mobilising the authorities.
According to the police, at around 1am the police received information that a boat was sailing off Cape Greco.
A port police vessel found the boat with 21 migrants on board.
The boat was towed to shore and those on board were taken to Larnaca port to determine their details.
