Two 14-year-olds were arrested after attacking police officers with stones in Limassol on Friday. Police arrived around 9pm in the Yermasoyia area, responding to reports of teenagers setting fire to garbage bins in the riverbed.
As the officers approached, they were attacked by teenagers hurling stones.
No injuries were reported, but a police vehicle was damaged. The fires were later extinguished by the Fire Department.
