Cyprus’ archbishopric this week announced a public tender for the lease and development of two land parcels located in Geroskipou , Paphos.
According to the announcement , the tender was officially launched on April 28, 2025.
The development plan foresees the construction and operation of a five-star hotel with a capacity of 236 beds .
In addition, the project includes two twelve-storey residential towers comprising a total of 122 apartments
