The municipality of Paralimni-Dherynia said on Tuesday it has begun a drive to seize and remove signboards that had been placed “illegally” at several points in public spaces and along the main pedestrian walkway in Paralimni’s tourist area.
The municipality said it would continue taking down illegal advertising material in public spaces.
It also pledged to take “the prescribed measures” against persons found to be putting up any illegal signboards
