Greenhouse gas concentrations over Cyprus have reached a historic high , reaching 430 parts per million (ppm) in January.
“The sector with the largest contribution to greenhouse gas emissions in Cyprus is electricity production, followed by the transport sector,” environment commissioner Antonia Theodosiou, said on Thursday evening.
