The police are investigating the death of an infant in Nicosia, which appears to have been forgotten in a car.
The nine-month-old child was taken to hospital by ambulance, however doctors were not able to resuscitate it and the police were informed.
According to sources, the mother went to work in the morning thinking she had left the child at nursery school.
However, the child was still in the car.
