
Costas Patsalides, the 45-year-old alleged ringleader of a bizarre criminal group which made headlines in recent weeks after using forged state seals and impersonating officials , was on Wednesday remanded in custody for six days by a court on the British Akrotiri base.
He will next appear in court on Tuesday, when it is expected that he will be handed over to the Republic of Cyprus’ police.
