The 49-year-old Swedish national, Hans Jonny Uven, who escaped police custody in December pleaded guilty to felony charges and escaping from lawful custody before the Larnaca court on Thursday.
Meanwhile, his 54-year-old lawyer and a 44-year-old police officer are under investigation as suspected accomplices in his escape .
The Swede remains in custody, while his alleged accomplices were released on parole following a court decision on February 10.
