Two people, aged 48 and 36, were arrested on Wednesday, after police, acting on a tipoff, stopped two vehicles for investigations , which revealed about half a kilo of cocaine.
Police said the first car, driven by the 48-year-old, was stopped at 4.30pm on Wednesday on the Limassol-Nicosia motorway, near the Zygi exit.
The car was searched and police found two plastic bags containing a total of 363g of cocaine.
