Two boys remained in hospital on Tuesday after they suffered serious burns the previous day in an explosion .
The teenagers were burning items in a barrel, when they appear to have put flammable liquid in, causing an explosion, fire services spokesman Andreas Kettis said.
The boys, aged 13 and 14, were treated for burns to various parts of their bodies at the Limassol general hospital.
