The court agreed to a final postponement in the case of former volunteerism commissioner Yiannis Yiannaki on Friday, after being assured by the defence and prosecution that efforts were being made to shorten the length of the trial .
The hearing has been postponed till February 18 at 10am, when the defendant’s new lawyer Thanasis Korfiotis will be presenting his side.
