The education ministry has reported 106 private institutes for operating illegally, out of 640 inspected .
A special committee visited private institutes and centres from October 2022 till December 2024 and pointed out various irregularities.
The education ministry called a broad meeting to handle the reports .
Those invited included the Law Office, the labour ministry, the police, social welfare services and parents’ associations.
