A driver in Limassol has been arrested for failing to stop for a police check on Wednesday, and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
The 26-year-old driver sped up when members of the police signaled him to stop in a Limassol area around 10pm.
The police chased after him, with the driver committing a series of traffic offences in his attempt to escape.
