The police force said Monday that 62 of its vehicles have been found to be fitted with Takata airbags. In a brief statement, the police said it has already contacted the supplier of the vehicles to make all necessary arrangements to resolve the issue.
The discovery of the specific airbags in the 62 vehicles does not impact the police’s operational capability, the statement added.
