The House will be voting at Thursday’s plenary on a referred bill amending the Constitution, establishing the right to a healthy and sustainable environment, after the legal committee on Wednesday accepted additions presented by the Law Office.
The bill had been referred by President Nikos Christodoulides after it was passed with 37 votes in favour on December 5 by the House plenary.
