The forestry department on Wednesday urged the public to avoid driving through state forests, as this could disturb birds of prey that are in their nesting and breeding season.
Drivers are advised to stick to main or secondary roads, as this period is particularly critical for the well-being of these birds.
The use of cars and bicycles on nature trails is strictly prohibited.
