UN Assistant General Secretary Rosemary DiCarlo will visit Cyprus at the start of the new year , government sources confirmed on Monday.
DiCarlo met Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos in Doha, Qatar on Sunday and the two discussed preparation for an informal “enlarged” meeting to which all parties consented in November.
