Explosion at Paphos desalination plant, fire spreads

An explosion occurred on Friday night at the desalination plant between Mandria and Kouklia in Paphos and a fire broke out, which rapidly spread to a large part of the plant.

Sources told Philenews that there were no injuries reported.

All workers managed to exit the plant without danger.
