The foreign ministers of Cyprus and Azerbaijan met on Wednesday in Malta to discuss security, on the sidelines of the OSCE ministerial meeting (organisation for security and cooperation in Europe).
Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos met separately with his Azeri counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov and in a post on X said he they had discussed and exchanged views “on an array of regional and international issues.”
