Nicosia has become the first city in Cyprus to join the global Making Cities Resilient network 2030 (MCR2030), the city’s municipality announced on Wednesday.
The network is a global initiative led by the United Nations Office for the Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). which aims to help cities become more resilient to disasters and climate risks by 2030.
