Authorities need to investigate why different cities have different petrol prices, the Cyprus Consumers Association said on Tuesday.
Paphos has the highest average price for all fuel, while Famagusta has the smallest price difference between the most expensive and cheapest fuel, the association specified.
It charged “healthy competition does not seem to be working” in Nicosia as it stipulated the capital has both the highest and lowest prices for fuel.
