Orthodontic Center located in Nicosia is seeking to hire an Administrator/Secretary to undertake the following Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall needs of the office.
- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
- Design activities to meet customer demands.
- Manage customers’ balances.
- Maintain clients’ files.
- Generate reports regarding various aspects of office operations.
- University or College graduate.
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English Language.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
