
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and benchmarking analyses.
- Prepare comparison reports and procurement recommendations.
- Coordinate supplier agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Liaise with hotels, suppliers, surveyors, contractors, and the Accounting Department to ensure efficient procurement operations.
- Support sourcing activities, tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
- Monitor procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update procurement systems.
