
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Procurement Team's sourcing activities, preparation of supplier agreements, tender processes, and other procurement-related duties.
- Work closely with hotels, technical department, suppliers, surveyors, and the accounting department.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic filing systems.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and catalogues, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record management within the Task Management System.
