Job Responsibilities
- Prepare drawings and present ideas for review
- Develop final construction plans that show the building’s appearance, as well as construction details
- Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and planning laws
- Make necessary changes throughout the planning process
- Supervise projects
