Responsibilities:
Running end-to-end recruitment operations:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and all candidate communications
- Maintain internal calendars, pipelines, and documentation
- Ensure a smooth, human, and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Driving campaign-based community growth
- Building recruitment and event campaigns (especially on LinkedIn) and tracking and improving their performance.
- Coordinating and supporting our creative services team to amplify our message.
- Launch and grow an engaged developer community, including organizing events
