Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and Monitor applications and emails from new and former security personnel.
- Monitor, filter CVs, background checks and certification authenticity.
- Arrang Interviews for candidates
- Prepare and send invitations for SOP trainings.
- Provide general administration support to the Recruitment Team, HR and Operation department.
- Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Ensure that all procedures are carried out as per the company
