MS Security Group is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Limassol-based team.
Main Responsibilities :
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all buildings’ facilities and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Maintain an organized schedule for servicing and preventive maintenance tasks.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repair work.
