The Position:
Project Development Officer: The successful candidate will report to the Property Manager of the Asset and Portfolio Management Function.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the commercialization team to execute asset strategic plans developed to maximize the value of the real estate portfolio through development, re-development activities for large scaled projects
Perform feasibility analysis of potential developments, develop project plans, schedules and budgets
