Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounting Support
- Bookkeeping of invoices
- Bookkeeping of bank statements
- Excel reconciliation
- Administration tasks (copying, scanning, filing, updating records, etc.)
- Assist with HR matters (keep records of employees’ annual leaves, trainings, etc.)
- Liaise with office suppliers and other associates
- Organize, keep track, and replenish office
