- To direct, control and plan all Restaurant related activities throughout the hotel
- Provide direction, inspiration and guidance to his/her team members
- To manage the restaurant service within the Hotel, and ensure that customers are served promptly & courteously, in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures and hygiene and safety regulations of Thanos Hotels
