Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Spa Receptionist for the Anassa Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Suggests and promotes retail products or additional services
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments
- Ensures that the payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
- Handles Complaints with immediate action and through proper follow up
- Assists guests with questions regarding spa
